Metamorphosis exhibition at EMMA museum

Metamorphosis is a new exhibition by visual artist Hannaleena Heiska and dancer-choreographer Minna Tervamäki featuring a short film, an installation, and a series of performances. Drawing inspiration from WeeGeen’s modernist architecture, the exhibition follows up the artists’ ongoing interdisciplinary collaboration, which began with The Trace, their first co-performance at EMMA in 2016. Metamorphosis takes their long-termcollaboration to a new level.

Metamorphosis (2022) was selected for the Multiplié Dance Film Competition (Nordic Competition) and will be screened on Sunday, January 15, at 20:00.

Hannaleena Heiska’s and Minna Tervamäki's short film Metamorphosis (2022) has been selected to Kinoskop – Analog Experimental Film Festival. The Festival is held on December 2-4 2022 in Belgrade, Serbia. Metamorphosis is part of a screening called “Bodies in Ecstasy“, taking place on December 2, at 9 PM, in Art Bioskop Kolarac, Studenski Trg 5.

Hannaleena Heiska’s and Minna Tervamäki's short film Metamorphosis (2022) has been selected to Experimental Film Guanajuato festival, Mexico and will be screened on Friday 21st of October at 12:00 (Auditorio B1 DCEA UG) and 21:00 (Cinemanimal).
